Dr. Sami Ashour Ashour is a distinguished academic and finance expert. He holds a PhD in Financial Economics and Accounting from the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), where he also completed advanced studies and a master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Banking, and Insurance. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Al-Azhar University –  in 1998.

Dr. Ashour has developed extensive expertise in international cooperation project management. He is currently a faculty member at USC.
