Amid the deepening crisis in the Gaza Strip, ICW launched a humanitarian project to distribute fresh bread and pastries to the most vulnerable families, aiming to secure a daily source of nutrition for those facing severe poverty and hunger.

Thousands of loaves of bread were distributed, along with nutritious pastries carefully prepared to meet the needs of children and the elderly—providing a safe and digestible source of food in these difficult times.

The project focused on severely affected neighborhoods with limited access to bakeries or where prices have become unaffordable. Distribution was carried out in partnership with local bakeries to ensure daily delivery while preserving the dignity of families by bringing the food directly to their homes.

In Gaza, bread is more than food—it is a symbol of life, dignity, and resilience. Each loaf carried a silent message: “You are not forgotten. Humanity still exists.”
